Io Capitano
Seydou (Seydou Sarr), a teenage boy who, together with his cousin Moussa (Moustapha Fall), decides to leave Dakar in Senegal and make his way to Europe. It’s a contemporary Homeric Odyssey through a labyrinth of checkpoints, the dangers of the scorched desert, the horrors of the detention centres in Libya and the perils of the sea.
