The Insult
A misunderstanding involving a drainpipe on a balcony incongruously sparks a politically charged scandal that reopens historical and political wounds in Lebanon. When Yasser, a Palestinian refugee, and Tony, a Christian nationalist, go head to head, Yasser utters an insult Tony cannot forgive. The media and a famous right-wing Christian lawyer fuel the two stubborn men in court opening old wounds and unresolved tensions that threaten to divide the nation.
